This is our flagship variety. It is made from 100% New England apples and a white wine yeast. It is carbonated at bottling but no sulfites are added. It is fermented to complete dryness, producing a slightly tart but not too crisp cider with a light effervescence and a clear apple taste and nose and zero residual sugar. 6.5% abv
